I disabled my webcam a while ago and now I can't find out how to enable it. The movie maker won't let me record either...don't know what to do 🙁

What kind of webcam... (Brand/model)
If you disabled it inside the chat room you would right click on the chat room itself and select setting then click on the web-cam. If it is in your computer that is hard for me to speak to, I don't own a windows computer.
It's built into my laptop...
