I am a gold member and I'm paying 20$ per month for the lessons but with rent and tuition I can't afford it anymore. However, I can't find anywhere on the site to downgrade and stop paying. Can anyone help me out? Emily

Hey, I had the same problem and asked Veena. You have to go to your paypal account and cancel it from there. Hope that helps!
Thank you, it does make me feel better, but I'm very new to paypal. I scrolled and clicked around, I see when my membership due was last withdrawn "recent activity", but I don't know how to make it not happen again. Can you be any more specific on where I have to go after I log in? Thanks, Emily

I can't exactly remember what I did. But I looked at my past history and clicked on Studioveena and since its a subscription you have to click unsubscribe or something to that effect. It showed up on the bottom of the page when I clicked on Veena's thing in paypal. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.
