Help! :(

I purchased Vertical Dance Workout Vol 1 (the one with KT Coates) when I purchased my pole. When I put it in the DVD player I found it to be informational as far as different things you can be doing with your pole dance but not much more than that. It gives you a brief run through of tips, warm up, transitional moves, spins, inverts, some strength training and a routine for each of the 3 pole dancers you see in the video demonstrating the moves. Other than suggesting you learn inverts last (lol...) it really doesn't give any real suggestion of how you should be progressing, what you should be learning first and along the lines, etc. As a true beginner, I am not able to do very much that they show you and I found myself still scratching my head as to what to do after I watched this. I can somewhat sloppily imitate some of the things on the DVD, but as far as following what the DVD suggested to be doing, I was rather lost. I like what I've seen and learned so far and I think this can be really fun, but until I've really learned the moves and am comfortable making up my own workout and my own routines, are there any DVDs out there that are more... helpful? How are the Jamilla DVDs? I hear they're great but, are they more instruction on the moves like Vertical Dance, er, just showing and breaking down moves, or is it actually set up as something you could use to work out with? I like the Vertical Dance workout DVD but it's like having information I don't quite know how to use. I know nothing can replace going to a class and I really badly need to find a studio, but until I do, I get rather sad looking at my pole and not really knowing what to do. If anyone could point me in the right direction or suggest any other DVDs, I'd be really thankful!
