hi everyone. i'm a total newbie to this pole dancing malarkey. i'd been eyeing it up for a long time and finally got myself a pole on tuesday. i'm loving it! you girls don't half make it look easy though... i feel like i have the puniest arms in the whole of scotland. 😂 anyway, this seems like a really nice, friendly forum so i'm looking forward to learning lots and contributing too, when i can!
