Hi ladies (and gents!) I'm from NYC, and I would LOVE to learn pole dancing/lap dancing, mostly because it's beautiful and I love dancing and love my body! I want to also surprise my boyfriend and shake my booty in his face in ways I never imagined. I think websites like these are beautiful and empowering and I hope you all welcome me here. Thanks!

welcome madamex! you should absolutely take classes and NYC is one of hte best places in the US to try =) i teach at shockra studios, which is great for first timers because we have a 1 person per pole ratio-- you never share. there's also NYPD, Body & Pole, and Sfactor and they are all awesome and i have taken classes at all of them =) i think that sfactor is the only place that has lap dancing, but i know NYPD does have a chair dancing class. if you have questions let me know, i'm happy to help!
