Hi my name is kyra and I am from Germany. Today I ordered my first pole on amazon.com and I am so excited! I have seen so many vids of tara karina and it just attached my how grazeful it looks like. Since 12 years I am taking dancing lessons and this will be my new style 😀 I am SO excited!!!! can't wait to start trying! Any good advices for my before starting? 🥂

Hi! Where in Germany do you live? I live in Berlin but I'm an American girl 🧿 Your dance experience with really help you with coordination and flexibility but the hard part is getting comfortable with the pole. At first it hurts! A lot! But it does get better. Viel Spaß!
Welcome! Only advice I can think of is have fun and be safe (sholders down and back with those spins and such). Enjoy! ☀️
