im new to the site and new to pole dancing and hope i can get myself comfotable to get the camera on and post some videos soon...its a work in progress but i KNOW i will get there any tips for me seeing how im a "newbie" lol would be great hope you are all having a great day 🙂

Hello! Isn't that in or around the Finger Lakes district? I used to drive through every summer and stop in Corning or Oswego or somewhere. It's such a beautiful part of the world. You're going to LOVE it here!!! ☀️

you might be right lol ive heard of all that you just mentioned but never been...im near albany and saratoga which are both well known

Welcome the the site!! 🌸 🥂 🥂 This site is a great place to learn about pole dancing. I highly recommend Veena's lessons. She's a fantastic instructor. She breaks down everything brilliantly! The best advice I can give you is advice from Veena herself, 'always keep your shoulders back & down!!'
