Just wanted to say a quick hello to everyone - I just found the website whilst surfing... this "old lady" has been "doing that pole thing" on and off for a few years... this will be fun to chat and learn some new moves from all the kids! LOL... HG

Post a vid... LOL... at some point.. I just got a new camera with video function on it - but I just returned from vacation and gained like 10 pounds. The hubby wouldn't let me take the new pole up north - Jet skis do wonders for your arm strenth...LOL... right now i'm working on the twisted handspring... I've got the 2 parts, but need to make it a whole.. Thanks for the vote of confidence.. if I was 20 years younger...every one look out... LOL.. HG

Hey there! Welcome to the forum! Wow, there seem to be a lot of MI pole dancers joining lately! That is so awesome! I noticed from your pictures that you go to the Detroit Flyhouse too. There are a few of us on here that go there for aerial lessons! Are you currently taking classes? Maybe I will see you there! 😀
