Hi all, Just wanted to say hello to my fellow polers! I've been pole dancing for about 5 years and have recently started teaching. I've signed up for the lessons on here which I've found fantastic, really helpful in the way they break moves down. Caroline

Aw I'm from stiing, grew up there, lol. Where in Stirling are you if u don't mind me askin Hun. I'm hoping to move back thro there 1 day. In jst in fife so not that far from you. I've got a few friends in Stirling that pole also. xxx

I live in St Ninians. I teach at Sparkles in Alloa now but was a student at Pole Princess when I first moved up, wonder if I know any of your pole friends? xx

I use to stay in st ninians aswel, across from the hospital near the main road behind th cemetery lol. Al ask Ma mates if any if thm go to the studio. xxx
