Hi girls !!! My name is Veronika, and since I discover the great benefits of Pole dancing i'm just amazed and wanting to learn more... I hope I can get as strong as all of you some day in the future 🙁 recently im having upper arm pain and its pretty difficult for me to get on the pole without feeling it ... Love you all !!!! Welcome! I loved Peru when I got to go for a month last year, didn't get to spend much time in Lima though. 🙁 Take it slow if you're having upper arm pain. I'll hope that it goes away soon.

Hi, thanks on your really kind messages girls ! I have been off for a while and resting a bit and yes my upper arm is feeling much better ... I've being doing some yoga to get more strength and flexibility as it is is not that hard as lifting weight ... its doing wonders for me... and as the videos... reviewing your posts and videos on the site has helped me lots ! HI nice to meet you. Have you thought about doing some strength work with your pole? Pole is very demanding on your body strength work is important 👍
