Hello From Lincoln, NE!

Hey my name is Brooke! I've just started to get more into getting involved on this site. Just posted my first Vid last night! I am so happy to really start to getting into poling, and would LOVE some helpful tips. I do have a question already. I just hurt my hand, you can see it on my second video. Basically I peeled some of the skin from the palm of my hand off. It really hurts. How can I prevent that from happening again? Also...are there any other Nebraskans here? Later! Brooke
