Hi. I am new here. I am about to start taking lessons online. I am excited. I have pocket pole studio on my phone but this site seems to give me the very best instruction about body placement and breaks the moves down well. Youtube can only get you so far. π I have danced for 3 years now (adult) but have danced Modern, Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Bellydance, Lyrical etc my entire life. A lot of people do judge me for being an adult entertainer, however- If they only know how great and at home I feel on a stage with the right music doing what I love. Its silly but dance is my heart. My longest time at a club was at Cheetah in Atlanta (2yrs), however (they just renovated and put poles in but they didn't have poles- except one in the executive lounge that they put in right before I moved to LA) However, I never worked in a club where the pole was the main focal point of the stage performance. Most of my performance includes a lot of floor work, burlesque type stuff. So. Here I am 3 years in and I'm almost CLUELESS on the pole. A little embarassing- π³ but- I'm workin' on it! I am very green with the pole. I'm very strong and muscular naturally- Already after a month doing pole work I can already notice a longer leaner shape in my once stocky body) and I have a pole set up in my third bedroom in my apartment- I have questions and various issues with it so I know this is isn't the place to post those questions. LOL. I moved back from LA to Columbus, GA where my S.O. is stationed at Ft. Benning- if there are any local girls around the area please send me a message! I'm always looking for new friends- even if you're far away- I dont discriminate! I just wanted to say hello! π Have a happy fun rockin' Saturday- I'll be trying to avoid as much football (small doses is alright, not a day full of it) as possible we (S.O. and I) already got a little disgruntled with eachother when he tried to turn off Kendra (I've worked all week and I just wanted a chill time watching something lighthearted and fun- then the NCAA takes over... π) Hope to hear from you all!
