🙄 Hello girls, I finally managed to buy the lessons of the Veena, now I can start my training and correct my mistakes, I only have one problem I'm sweating through my hands, give me a tip on how to improve sudorese... 👍

Welcome to the boards! I think you'll really enjoy Veena's lessons; I just purchased them recently as well and while I've only had the time to look at a few of them, they are very nicely set up and easy to understand. You're not alone in having sweaty hands; I suffer from them too, and they are a major pain. Here's a thread that was started recently on the same problem that might give you a few ideas of where to start: https://www.studioveena.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=3377 Also, if you search these boards, there are several other topics on sweaty hands. Hopefully you'll get some good ideas from them. It's just a matter of trial and error and finding out what works for you personally.
