Hi guys sorry been MEGA busy and not got on here much, but I'm just excited cos I have a couple of photos for the first time since I've been poling! Not sure why it took so long.. But anyway, thought I'd share because I'm happy about it hehe. 🥂

Awesome!!!! Well done!!! I am trying to get the Butterfly but still can't do it 🙁 I have trouble keeping my body downwards when I release the outer arm, I end up facing upwards 😂 😂

thanks guys 😀 excuse the dirty feet from the gym floor! Shellectra have you tried going into invert crucifix first then putting your hands back on? that might help you stay facing down? xx
No but that sounds very helpful, I will try that next time!!! (currently banning myself from the pole for several days cos I did a mega pole practice the last 2 days and can feel my whole body is recovering lol) So far Ive just been trying it like in Veenas lessons (basic invert up, bring outside? hand down into gun grip and extend) except I keep ending up facing upwards hahahhaa

Yes it's inside arm, sorry I got confused 😂 😂 Well last night I had success, my body faced the pole and my arms extended yay! I released one leg but was tense cos I was excited, it was a rather ugly butterfly, I'll call it a moth haha
A moth. 😂 I like that. My first few butterflies were pretty heinous. Don't worry; you'll get there eventually. The butterfly is one of my favorite moves now.
