Hand positioning for basic invert
plumtwisty started this discussion ·
Hey all! So, while I have been poling for several months now, getting a pretty v-invert has been a toughie for me. Well, today I was watching my practice video and I noticed that part of the reason is that I am... well, crooked! In particular, keeping my outside hand higher than my inside hand causes me to tilt to the outside. So I thought-- what happens if I switch my hand position? Sure enough, inside arm high, I did a perfect v-invert and held it without any difficulty! Am I a weirdo, or has anyone else done this/noticed this? So weird!
