white cracks in the palm part of my fingers that is
plus it is winter, dont hav this problem in the summer really
Sweat actually helps you stick to the pole to a certain degree. It gives you a tackiness. Wet sweat is when you hit a problem. If your hands start sweating to the point of making you slip, then you should use a grip aid, but if it is HELPING you stick, then let it be. It is a matter of glistening versus pouring if that makes sense. Clammy versus wet hands.
ya mine def dont sweat that much i am pretty sure they r dry too so i got some corn huskers! cant wait to try it out later, my hands feel sticky so far whn i put it on!
Different products may work for different people...it also can depend on the pole finish. I prefer Grrrip brand product for myself and find that most of my students use it but there are many great products out there that work under different conditions and work differently for everyone. Here is a link to my list of grip products: http://empowermentthroughexoticdance.com/GripAids.htm
