Hey guys! Does anyone know of any great home workout dvds that help with pole fitness, such as increasing strength and flexibility? What are the best dvds that dont require a pole, i dont have one at home but want to continue working on my strength etc at home Any suggestions? p.s i live in NZ so anything fishpond or mightyape sells even better! =)

Studio Veena! The lessons here are better than any dvd that you can get and sover everything you are asking for!

thanks but im looking for dvd format, its more convient as i dont always have internet access
Besides Veena's lessons, I use the big book of exercises for body weight training (sold on amazon) and resistance stretching DVD by Dara Torres. But Veens's is till the best so far
I recommend Jari Love. Her DVD's focus on weight lifting and strength building. Her DVD's transformed my body. But you will need some sets of weights, which can be found cheap at Walmart or on the internet if you look around.
