Going without Pole classes & no pole at home! Going Nuts!

Ahh I can't afford pole classes for awhile and I have no pole at home. I'm going nuts I miss it so much. :( What do y'all do when you can't pole?!?!

You can work on floorwork, flexibility, wall dancing, chair dance, sexy walks, hip circles, figure 8's and strength training :)

Someone's probably mentioned Veena's lessons to you but it's only $20 for 30 days so hopefully that would help?

I should add that you could do the lessons like stretching, conditioning, chair dance, and hoop. :D

Floor work, transitions, stretching, hooping, bellydance , Zumba, aerial yoga (although that takes equipment.)
