hello everyone :) I got my first pole a few days ago and I am very excited to learn my first moves. Unfortunately there are no lessons teached in my area and so I have to do all by myself. I hope that I can learn a lot from Studio Veena. Jonna

Dear Jonna, where do you live? I can not see it in your profile! I would like to train with others in a course as well, do you have any sport experience? I started with normal fitness experience. Good luck!
I live now in Finland but I am from Luxembourg. (I speak german too) I don´t have much sport experience but I started to do fitness as well to get in a better shape.

You've come to the right place! The lessons here are designed to teach the beginner who has never touched a pole, to more advanced students. Everything is placed in order so you progress by building strength first. 🥂
