Getting certified as a pole instructor..?

CrazySamantha · 2010-04-01T13:25:42+00:00

Ok so I am thinking about possibly looking into becoming certified as a pole instructor. I found a web site online from vertical dance.com that has oversea lessons. I wanted to know if anyone has done it from there or if any of you are certified to teach. How was the classes? Do you have to have dance experience? I'm getting a stand alone pole next week and since I can take it anywhere, I figured I could maybe start teaching the beginner level and maybe intermediate. Any info you guys have or anything, you may share. Thanks! 🙂

Discoveries Dance did count towards my ACE CECs this year, so she is definitely on there somewhere.

Aerial, I'm glad to hear you cashed in on those credits! Discoveries Dance is still approved by ACE for 1.6 continuing ed. credits. I just haven't been on the ACE site to update and list my trainings. I didn't think too many people looked there, so I stopped posting and I just update my website instead. Maybe I'll get back on and list what I have coming up.
