Hi everyone. Was wondering what your prettiest exit out of an inside leg hang gemini when your in spin mode? Thanks

I like to bring both legs behind the pole and cradle spin down. It works with the existing momentum, you can vary the leg position to make it interesting, and it's easy. Win!

I do a version of it right at the end of this video. https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/537bf5f4-2d08-45fc-b9eb-13da0a9aa0eb You can tuck legs up, keep body horizontal, or let legs extend a little which is what I did here. Reach back up like you're going to straddle out, allow hang leg to come off pole....voila. :)
I like to take it to a hip hold. Tucked will keep your spin going and can even add momentum, or go piked/straddle to slow down.
