Hi there! Welcome to the fun world of pole and studio veena! It's totally addictive. Im in the Gold Coast but originally from Melbourne. Melbourne is the best city in the world! I love the lay back. Make sure you arch your back as much as you can so that it is similar to a banana shape! Squeeze with those thighs and pistol grip downwards with your lower hand! 🎅
I'm at Divas too 🙂 I don't recognise 'layback' as a Divas term, do you mean 'layout' (aka Plank) or 'back crucifix' (aka Cross Ankle Release)? Which studio are you going to?
hi sexycat & Elayne, sorry it's the Cross ankle release i was refering to lol.. there's so many terms for each move. And I got it last night for the first time on my own! The advanced plank helped me too!! Im at the Mornington studio 🙂 what studio are you at?
