hi ladies, in my search for instructional dvds on spinny mode, i found the The Essential Pole Collection Volume One DVD!!! Its an instructional dvd that is all on spin mode!!! i think its a great beginner dvd that slows you into spin!! it had some great spins that i havent seen b4 too!!! -kat ps, i got my copy from bad kitty!!

you're welcome!!!! i didnt know where to start either!! 😉 i got the bobbi dvds too but they are way more advanced then i am!!! really great spins and routines on those dvds too but maybe when im not so scared of goin boom ill try em. lol
Kat, what moves are on it?
i will list em manana for ya Angel when i practice again!!! it was some really cool things!!! the only part i didnt like about the style is that they put their foot down during some transitions in combos, which is great for beginners. for example, they go from front hoo to back and drop their foot down . im not sure if that was done to slow the pole or or just how they do business but i would have liked to see the combo without the foot touch.
