free lessons - no email?

I ordered in Xpole through Studio Veena a few months back and it came with a 3 day pass to lessons here, but I am just now trying to cash them in since obviously I couldn't pole 8-9 months pregnant or for 6 weeks after :) However, I followed the instructions and have yet to see a response email. I checked my spam folder and it's not there either. Granted it has only been an hour since I registered, but I thought I should have received it. HELP! TIA!
