How often do you guys do this? I bought a roller back in February and STILL haven't used it! I want to start getting into a routine.

You can foam roll anytime! Roll after your poling, or before you stretch. It's like giving yourself a massage! If you're taking the lessons I've got a bunch that will show you all the muscles you can roll. I like to foam roll before bed sometimes. 🌸
any stores that sell foam rollers? i went to walmart but they were out at moment
