Is there a lesson for the flying body? Am I overlooking it? I need to really clean mine up for a performance at the beginning of October! Also, any tips / preps / advice appreciated!

I've not heard of this move, but there are tons of names, can you post a clip or pic? 😊

It's a reverse grab, but you add the V kick out! If you're new to pole it's not recommended, you'll want to strength the shoulders, and avoid this move if you have hyperextended elbows. https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4fc4dc2f-1bd8-4026-9725-02690ac37250 The lesson should help you with timing for this move if you're using a static pole.
