OMG, I love Alethea's 2012 uspdf submission vid! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KcI7Ymz9Aw8 I really feel awkward doing floorwork and want to move more fluid like she does. I have decided I am going to try to imitate her section from 1:28 to 3:12! I know I'm never going to be Alethea, but I'm hoping to feel sexy and learn how to be more fluid. :) Ugh, that first video attempt is going to be hard to watch I just know it. lol
