Flag Tutorial Needed please :)

Iv been trying to learn the flag for ages and it's obviously down to my hand/arm positioning.. i just jump into it lol and i fall instantly.. i would like someone to please make me a tutorial showing me how to do it please 😀 i don't have the money to purchase veenas videos 🙁 and would appreciate it if someone could do me a big favour 😀 hehe... i try doing the flag with my right arm around the pole and using my left hand to leaver me away to get horizontal... if that makes any sense... 🙂 thanks! 😀 x
