Been stuck on this for ever. Im getting up but once I make that last pust bit and go to hook the leg I fall before I get chance to hook. Help please xxx

If you're stuck on the very last bit you've done the hard part, and all you need is a good leg placement to make everything fall into place. Try keeping the inner leg, the one you'll be hooking, to your side, not behind you. From this position it will be easier to make the inside of the knee contact the pole and then you're golden. If your body doesn't get far beyond horizontal and your legs aren't anywhere near the pole, that a whole different issue. Just let us know know what "last push bit" entails.

I get halfway stop and then push again but on the last push I just seem to buy pass the pole with my leg. You lift sideways instead of straight back and up. Im the same if I kick up into brass monkey I miss the pole. Ill try to get a video today xxx
