First day back!

Hi everyone, well ive just put my xpole back up after moving house in august, and omigod i wish i hadnt waited so long! Im soooooo out of practice and unfit i can barely even do a fireman 😳 🙁 Oh well, here comes LOTS of practice and blood sweat and tears, this year is the year i will be good at poling 🥂 Ooooh, my names Jo btw, im from England and i heart my pole 🤸
