First competition - monokini?

I am entering my first local competition next month!! Nervous/excited :) I've gogo danced and performed so I'm not super nervous - but my main concern is picking up an outfit that sets me apart. I love Anastasia's in her world championship :) a sleep monokini with maybe some rhinestones on it. Anyone have any thoughts? Our only requirement is that the bottoms be short length and not cheeky, no bums hanging out. Bad Kitty has a metallic rainbow splotch on purple romper that I'm super fond of. They have loads of exciting ones. My biggest piece of advice on outfits is to practice at least a couple of times in it before performing in it. That way you have time to figure out if there are any alterations that need to be made that are performance specific.

^---I know what monokini on BK you're talking about! I gotta admit, I hated all monokinis before I saw that one. The model w/ the purple hair really made the look work. LOVE!

I just looked to see what Anastasia wore in that comp...WHERE DOES ONE BUY THAT?! It is gorgeous, with such great detail. Seriously, where??

Check http://www.sweetvixencouture.com/ You have have it customized, for style and size, which is a big help if you're different sizes on top and bottom. Certainly, Anastasia's was custom-made, not off-the-rack!
