Finding jobs in the world of pole

I'm looking for work as an assistant, receptionist, instructor and basically a right hand person to a studio owner. I want to invest my time in the pole industry so working a 9-5 at a doctors office or car dealership is pointless qith the goals i have.But I am having the hardest time finding anyone hiring in pole studios. Does anyone have any advice or leads? I'm located in between michigan and arizona
