File upload error?

PLEASE HELP I have been trying to post a video for 4 days now and all i get is file upload error. is there a certain format of video i should be using and if so ,what can i use to convert it

Any format should work, however just like Youtube a video occasionally doesn't work for some inexplicable reason. The best way to remedy that is to make some kind of change that affects the whole video. What I mean by this is compressing it a little, changing the format or something else similiar.
