Ladies. X-Pole Tech Sincerely Apologises. The examples shown on the links supplied by Chem and others that have the Kendra boxing are genuine X-Poles. In addition, on checking with the US office, both Microfibre and Pro Therapy Supplies are accounts of X-Pole USA and so the products described are genuine. Had we seen the boxing or initially had a link and not been working off the description given on Veena, with the word ‘Kit', which we have never used, it would have been easier. However, thank you everyone for raising the Fake issue and please do not hesitate to contact us if you think you have a fake. Please though, when doing so, provide us with as much information as possible about the potential fake so we can make an accurate evaluation. Thanks X-Pole Tech

Guys, you can't always order your xpoles though us they are the real deal 😊
You are trusting your body to the pole. Any money you would save by not buying from the source directly seems like you are asking for trouble. Take the time to save the money and get what you know is a true x pole. I saved for months to be able to purchase mine from X Pole's website. Hurting myself and not being able to fully trust the pole was not worth the money i would save.
Oh nooooooo, now I could actually cry!!!! Guess what......... Yes, fake pole in my house 😥

Thank you, I will do. I have just looked back and it wasn't listed as an x pole, but it came with an x pole dvd so this in itself implies it I think. I'll call tomorrow x
Several Key points to note: - Did it come with a colour box with any photos? - as usually the photos and text are X-Pole copyright! - Did it come with instructions - again they are usually copied and X-Pole copyright!! - The DVD will be X-Poles and copyrighted. These are clear X-Pole IP infringements and UK Trading Standards can act on the above. They are passing off as X-Pole and that is fraudulent. Regards X-Pole Tech Team
It came in a plain box, but it did come with instructions and DVD. The DVD is clearly a copied x-pole DVD. I've attached photos of the instructions. The photos of the dome look like x-pole domes, and is not the dome I have.
Multiple areas of the instructions are X-Pole copyright - Photo of Parts - there is a fake part in the photo - only X-Pole HQ has that original part! - As this an original Photo - copied - so it is an original dome in the photo. - Height Chart - Photo of Katie Coates - Drawings of Ceilings - Photos of installation Although we cannot read the text we would imagine this is also 80% X-Pole copyright!! What a relief - I've spoken to X-Pole UK today and they have been amazing. Very understanding and given me great advice and support in tackling this. Great customer service. I should've gone to them in the first place!

Omg I didn't even see that!! I feel like I real fool after all of this. It's so easy though - these people are very clever.
"before you Put up the and exercise" Quality English. I'm digging the random capitalisation and missing words! Don't feel bad about this, though. Everything always seems really obvious in retrospect. I used to work in foreign currency and money transfer services and I had the misfortune of having to try and convince someone they were being scammed, refusing to send their money but really trying to do it in a way that helped them not just go to someone else. They were convinced it was all legit until it finally clicked and then it seemed so obvious to them and they were quite upset. That's how these things operate, they're run by seriously unkind people.
Funny how you skim read things and they read correctly isn't it. There's great big gaps in the actual main text too (where the word x-pole fits just lovely funnily enough!). Well I'll have a nice shiny real x-pole soon and I'm sure the instructions will read better when that arrives lol
So this isn't a good thing is it!!! Two sections of my shite pole are properly stuck together. At this rate I'm never gonna be able to return it! Lol 🙈
Is there somewhere you can take it to get them sawn apart? I know here we have places like Bunnings where they sell building supplies and also will cut stuff. Surely you have a similar type place over there.
All sorted, managed to get it apart in the end. I didn't want to damage it in the process because it's going back for a refund but thanks for the suggestion.

I ordered both my xpoles on amazon I think they both came from microfiber products and they look real except one has xpole stamped on it the one I just got today has xpole stamped on and the other does not. I paid 329 for both of them. I bought them on amazon for quick shipping and points for free porducts. The pole I just got did not have instructions in the box. I dug out the instructions for my other pole and everything looks the same but the part numbers are different. Oh and the hex screws look a little different to me. Also the tools to screw in the hex screws look thicker to me than my first pole. Otherwise they look the same to me. Is one of my poles fake or does xpole has xpole made some minor changes in the last 7 months or so? I don't want to put up a fake pole and have my clients using it or worse yet my old pole that my clients are using if it is a fake it has been pretty sturdy but it would really worry me. It would also piss me off since I paid regular price for them.
Oh my lord am I stupid I opened the box upside down and found the instructions when I took out the contents and flipped the box inside the box upside down!
EEEEEK!!! My new REAL X-Pole is here. Now I'm happy!
