WOW! That's looks great! So strong and lovely splits too! 🥂 I managed to get my ext butterfly about a month ago, and I did about 10 or 15 that night - and then I managed about 2 the next day - and then haven't been able to do it since! GAH! I am sooOoOo frustrated! But I DID have swine flu for a about a week so I'm blaming that. Probably lost some strength being in bed for days lol! I love this move. Well done! 👍

Georgia did you really have the "swine flu"???? Yes, it's going around Brisbane at the moment - lots of people are getting it. It's not as big a deal as the media makes it out to be though. it's just like a super flu. Headaches, body aches, muscle soreness, light-headed, tired, nauseous, fevers, really bad cough, blocked or runny nose etc. It's dangerous for babies or old people who are frail already - but any normal person can kick it off with normal flu meds, some bed rest, water and food - you know. Or at least they can for the strain that's going around here. Might be different overseas.

I'm a nurse and once it hit the scene in the news we were getting all kinds of briefings on it. We had to put up posters and put flyers out in the waiting room. Such a pain for something that isn't that serious LOL.
