Exit from pretzel spin

So I am able to do the pretzel spin 🤸 but having trouble doing the spin to exit out of it so that it is one smooth motion. After the pretzel spin, do I spin out of it with the hook leg or the leg behind? ❓ If its the hook leg, do I put that leg down in front of the pole or beside it ? And how far from the pole? ❓ Do I spin out of it the same direction as I started the pretzel spin or the opposite direction? ❓ Please advise and thank you.
