encourage members to use the search bar

i dont want to sound like a beoooootch, but there is a search button up in the corner of the screen to assist in finding posts that are of interest. I keep noticing people posting questions on finding posts because they cant find them, or topics that have already been addressed and have an existing thread- I think it would contribute less clutter to the forums if using the search bar is encouraged. this could be a personal peeve and not really matter the the others in StuVee world, so if that's the case, forgive me. I just thought i'd throw it out there in the event that someone would appreciate this opinion. ☀️ 🐱 🤓
