What is the difference between an elbow stand and a forearm stand?

Forearms stand has the head off the ground. Evens has a video or pic showing the difference between forearm, elbow and headstand. I forget where I saw it but it helped clear things up for me.

It seems that forearm stand and elbow stand are just different names for the same thing. I can't rightly tell.
I agree with Cazzzz- I haven't really seen any kind of difference when it comes to elbow stand or forearm stand. The Headstand, yeah, your head touches the ground, but the other two generally do not have the head on the ground. It would be great to know for sure if there really is a difference!

Wonderful, Veena! That demo cleared it up. The clip with seeing them all at the same time sorted it out for me. Thanks! I've been doing your STANDS routine 2x/week and I am slowly improving. The STANDS routine is exactly what I needed, too. Thanks for being an expert. :D
