DVDs with dances or choreography.

Hello All, First post so Hi everyone! I've been dancing for a couple of months on and off and I was wondering if there were any DVDs which were stronger on the Choreography. I have very little imagination and if I could get a basic dance down then I think I could build on that. I have the Vertical Dance DVD which has three dance examples but it's not really what I'm looking for as they contain very little floor work. Are there more choreograph based dance moves as I'm a bit past the whole 'put your hand here...' on the spins. Dinks x

Lots of spins,transition and some floor work. There is 10 lesson to learn the full dance choreography/routine. Each lesson has mini combos of spins and transition to learn. You put all ten lessons together to have a 10- 15 min full routine. She explains the moves well. I purchased my copy from ebay for 14.00 us plus shipping. Shauwn Frances Lee's slink, snake and melt dvd is strong in sexy and exotic floor and wall work. Hope that helps,Joni 🌸

S Factor beginner and intermediate videos have workouts that build up basic floorwork. They also have simple, slinky choreographed strip routines that are lovely and fun. Polecats video has a couple of sample combo routines that include spins and floorwork.

BOBBI'S!!!! I'm obsessed with her videos, I love her choreography! I've posted a couple routines of hers I've learned in my videos.....I am SO not a natural dancer and completley had NO idea what to do around the pole if I wasn't doing a trick so I have really loved just being able to attempt to mimic her and her fabulous instructors. Her videos are available for purchase on her website - search Bobbi's Pole Studio. If you email her and are are especially nice she may send you some DVD's of just routines that are meant for her instructors. I use them like aerobic videos! 🥂
