How many drops (or "sort of" drops) do you know of? Here's my list, please add to it! --Sad girl --Nosebreaker (inverted crucifix slide to floor) --Yogini to sit --Holly drop --Tumble (Veena and Jenyne) --Superman drop --Shoulder mount bounce down (falls under the category of "sort of" drops) Others? I'm in a "drop" phase, it would seem. ;)

I did not see in that Charley's Remi Drop either. I know she has a video of it up on YT.

are you coming to detroit pole showcase? i'm teaching a drops workshop on sunday :D i LOOOOOVE drops. and I have a bunch that aren't on your list :)
Chem, the Remi drop scares the absolute bejeezus out of me... I don't know why! Amy, I would love to come but have a commitment that weekend. I'm trying to shift some things around. I'd LOVE to work with you!!
the chrystal drop! i hav a video of it and the jade drop that jenyne butterfly is famous for
Jade drop and chopstick drop. :)
Oh and drop splits! Can't forget the drop splits. From an upright pole hold and sliding into it, from an upright hold and opening the splits while aerial and then dropping flat to the ground like the Bobbi students do, or from an Aysha bracket hold dropping down to the split-old school club style. :)

I can't do any drops am too scared!!!
I always want to do drops but I feel like I can't relax my body enough! They are so awesome though and I am super impressed by the girls that can do them. I wanted to do one when I competed but had never done one so i didn't want to try to rush to learn one in a short time. I will have to look into some tutorials and get going on it
