Dream Pole Room

So, I'm fortunate enough to be able to build my own custom house. Everyone, can you tell me what your dream pole/yoga room would look like? Or space? A separate room is probably best but I'm interested in all ideas. :) Some things I've thought of - High ceilings, 9' minimum but 12' would be great; depends on the rest of the house though... - Hardwood floors - 12' by 12' room size? Something I'm not sure about that bugs me is where I would ideally put it. Currently my pole room is near the master bedroom upstairs, but would it be better downstairs? But I do like doing stretching/yoga at night so near the bedrooms would be good in that regard.
