does anyone know the name of the move where you start in either an inside or outside leg hook and then you rotate around to you belly basically in a hands free hold and keep rotating to where you end up in the opposite leg hook? If anyone has a video or demo of it to would be great! Hope that makes sense and thank you for the help

Whoops that's not it in Veena vid but it is in Aerial Amy, if I'm thinking of the move you mean.
I have heard of it being called the scorpio let switches but the video I saw they only moved their legs and didn't rotate to belly, @frenchornprof - yes that was basically it, but how we are learning to do it is to start high and do them several times down the pole. it's a cool move, I need to pick up speed.

According to Pole Dance Dictionary, it's a "dragonfly" that I believe u are talking about, so that's what I've been calling it. Very useful move.
