Discussion Title...

I have an x-pole sport and the screws have rounded.  I ordered replacement screws but not only do I not know if I ordered the proper screws but they didn't send any information on how to replace the x-joint screws.  If anyone has had this problem and resolved it please let me know as soon as possible.  Thank you in advance.
