Discussion Title...

One of my husband's friends did the same thing last week....they have muscle advantage! lol!  

I think so too!  He was like (man voice) "that was easy...like a high jump in track..." but he did give me some pointers on how to do it without swinging my leg lol, wish I coulda got it on video

My husband can do shoulder mounts, handsprings, and flag.  But you know what the sheer muscle strength won't give him?  Pain tolerance.  He cannot do a scorpio or anything that requires anything other than sheer strength.  lol

Wow, and I thought I was in a kayak but it turns out to be full fledged boat! The same boat at that!!
