So, I'm trying to find as many ways to climb the pole to add to my bag of tricks. So far I can do ; Basic climb Spinning climb Side climb Spinning side climb Auzzie sexy climb Caterpillar reverse climb If anyone knows of any other climbs,please post. 🌸

WOW I didn't even realize there were so many climbs! Can someone describe the gemini climb or spider climb? They sound interesting!

lol yah i've never heard of all these climbs ! 😲 (except the basic and side)
I do a one foot spinning climb 🙂
what's an aussie sexy climb? There's also the scissor climb (where you sit on the pole, then open you legs and pull up just with your arms, then close your legs again, reposition hands, and repeat) there's also chinese pole climb (or monkey climb) - where you put the soles of your feet on the pole - it's the way little kiddies do it naturally in the playground

WOW I didn't even realize there were so many climbs! Can someone describe the gemini climb or spider climb? They sound interesting! spider climb is where you do an inverted V (chopper), hook outside leg as if doing a gemini then grab both hands above knee and pull body to opposite side...then repeat inverted V, outside leg hook and pull up. So you end up doing an inverted V on both sides...so you need to be able to invert, inverted V, aerial invert and outside knee hook on both sides! 😀 😀 Gemini climb is where you invert into gemini but keep your body horozontal....bring your bottom leg up closer to your hooked leg...then move hooked knee up...rinse and repeat. That's not the best description..but Jungle cat does it in one of his vids at the studio!

Aussie sexy climb was taught to me by an instructor who trained with felix in australia for a year. Left leg goes up high on the pole bend like starting a basic climb. Then pull up with both arms, right leg kicks back straight then bend and then sweep forward to the front, straight leg and pointed toes. Repeat same climbing motion . Left leg always bend ,right leg always straight and pointed , sweeping as far back to as far forward you can go.The grip is between the thigh for the sit hold. It looks very sexy and clean looking climb. I'm trying to download my 1st vid but having some technical difficulties. 😠 But I do the Aussie sexy climb and spinning side climb in it although my pole is only 8 feet. It looks prettier on the 11 foot pole at my studio. 🌸
