Did I miss something?

I see multiple users posting warm up or cool down videos....was wondering if this was something discussed in the pole chat this past Friday??? 🤔 I haven't been able to make it to chat the past several weeks so I feel like I've been missing everything. 🙁 We should have a forum for post chat updates so we can be informed about ideas that have come up in chat that are pole related so the rest of us are on board. 😀 Well thats all I wanted to say for now, hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season! 🎅
