December Yoga Challenge #justbepresent

Hi daily yoga buddies. It was suggested we start a new December thread. Everyone is welcomed to join in! This months challenge is 24 days long and titles Just Be Present. Do your best and don't worry if you can't do all the poses! Take a photo or video after your practice of the daily pose. (Photos are better for SV purposes because you can upload them directly to this thread) @kinoyoga will give advanced options when possible. http://instagram.com/kinoyoga @beachyogagirl will give beginner when needed. http://instagram.com/beachyogagirl See you yogis tomorrow! So this has been fun! yoga is now a part of who I am. Proud to say that, just as proud to say pole is as well! Thanks for the sneak peek into everyone's daily Zen:)
