Oh my God! Having a pole at home....trying to get even one leg in the air... 😳 I'm amazed how you all jump into the pole and swing around 😲 , looking at the bright side and hoping to be able to do just as well in a period of time 🤸 Many greetZz! x

Thankfully I have been able to learn atleast one move or swing today, hahaha! 😀 This site will be motivating; that's for sure 👍 grtz Jootje

I have had my pole for anout 3 months and I still can't get my leg up there! I can do a few spins and things but none of the fancy stuff. These ladies on here are INCREDIBLE! I finally accepted the fact that I have no upper body strength. happy poleing 😀 mnwild1

Dont you worry girl! With practice you'll be able to do all those crazy cool moves you see everyone here doing! I had NO upper OR lower body strength when I started out but if you keep practicing it'll come! 😀
