I am new to this site and was wondering if there are pole dance routines? I mean specifically a choreographed dance routine. Thanks!

Veena does have some choreography to help the transition from Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Otherwise, some of the ladies here enjoy their choreography, and some prefer freestyle. Was there something in particular you were looking for? I know there are a few routines posted on Youtube that you could also look up.
I am looking for what you would see in a dance workout DVD but with the pole. Mostly dance with some spins/ tricks. A step by step choreographed routine.

Well, there are many DVD's out there that you can try, and Veena has some on the website if you get a subscription. The subscription is actually a really good option, since you get a lot more than just routines for it, and it's updated often. The trick is that tricks can be... well, tricky. You need a certain about of strength and practice with just that trick, usually, before you put it into a routine. For example, do you know how to do a pole sit? Do you know how to make sure you don't slip, or how to get into and out of it? It can be a tricky thing for some people. Moves need to be practiced, both in the routine, and out of the context of a routine. But yes, Veena has some. Most DVD's will find a way to put moves into a routine for you, such as Jamilla, who does a mini-routine every few moves just to show you how to put them in a sequence. The sequence is definitely just a suggestion though.
Yep, I have nice long routines for each level. I tell you what you'll need to know before trying the routine and I break them down into sections, to make learning easier. There is slow motion and step by step instruction. These routines are longer than ones I have seen on DVDs. Here is the beginner routine, I posted a while back....for FREE🥂....https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/0fb1598c-b90a-11df-856f-001b214581be
