You can find a great Crash Mat with YogaDirect (www.YogaDirect.com). They come in different colors and hight...Mine is red, 4" high and attach at center with a sturdy velcro , and purchased 2 years ago. Each half bends in the middle for easier storage and I believe they sale a carry-on bag for it. It is bulky so I carry each halve under my arms. If you are using shoes while practicing, put, or purchase, a round yoga mat on top to protect it....There are other brands , but the best one I have seen is this one so far. Happy Poling!
Thanks for the tips!! Marie

Mighty grip sells the 4 in mats...they are good and decent price. I have noticed if you ever have a problem with their product they are good at trying to help resolve.
I recommend yoga direct mat (I got mine on Amazon) here is another thread that might help you decide too ... Not really sure if that posted correctly but you can search crash mats in the discussions too :) https://www.studioveena.com/forums/view/5334b790-4d08-479c-b14c-37450a9aa0eb
